First thing what we should do is download PoEdit. You can download PoEdit from this site – http://www.poedit.net/download.php . You don’t have to pay nothing, to get PoEdit, it’s completely free!
PoEdit supports versions for different OS (Operating System), I will choose Windows, cause I’m using Windows.

After, you have downloaded PoEdit, it’s time to install it.
Installation is easy, in case something goes wrong, then follow our “Installation Guide”, else skip to “Translation Guide”.
// Installation Guide //
1. Press Next.
2. Read License Agreement and press “I accept the agreement” and Next.
3. Choose installation directory and press Next.
4. Make sure “Full installation” is chosen, and press Next.
5. Press Next.
6. Press Install.
7. Wait for installation to complete and your done!
// Translating Guide //
So far, so good! We are on Translation guide. First thing what you should do is start PoEdit.
New window should appear.

Now you should see new window, where, you must create .po file. Name your new file in this format – country code_COUNTRY CODE (where country code is code of your country) In my case it is lv_LV (latvian country code) and press “Save”.

If everything is okay, you should see something like this.

Now translate, the text from upper textarea to bottom textarea. For me it is “back to homepage”, so I will write “translated “back to homepage” “, you don’t need to write translated “back to homepage”, you need to translate it or change it to something else.

As you can see the new translated text automatically fills up in “Translation” next to “Original String”.
Do the following for all “Original Strings”, and the end should look something like this.

Next thing is adding translation to wordpress. For that you must go to wordpress root directory and search for file called “wp-config.php”. Attention! You can edit .php files with all kind of editors, for example “Notepad”.

Search for line something like “define(‘WPLANG’, ”);”, in case you can’t find it add it. now change the line to “define(‘WPLANG’, ‘lv_LV’);” , where lv_LV is file name of your newly created .po file ! Attention, don’t add .po to lv_LV in wp-config.php file!

Now save the file and check your website.

Everything should work great, in case it doesn’t, come back to tutorial, and check if you have done everything right.

Before we start, be sure You have set up permalinks correctly. See http://piccione.orange-themes.com/documentation/#Configure-theme-links!
After You have set up permalinks correctly, You can start create Your gallery.

Make sure you have set up gallery page in Pages → All Pages.

If not — create a new page and select Photo Gallery Template in Page Attributes.

You can add new gallery in Gallery → Add New.

The process consists of following steps:

1. Insert gallery title;
2. Insert the description of the gallery;
3. Choose gallery style;
4. Select gallery categories;
5. Define order number of the gallery in selected category;
6. Adding images to your gallery:
   1. A window like this will appear: Add images
   2. Select the filter for images uploaded to this gallery.
   3. Upload your images by browsing them or simply dragging&dropping. Upload Images
   4. Select the image you want to be the featured image and click Set Featured Image.

7. Publish Gallery Publish

So there is a small instruction on how to do it.

At first you have to create a Facebook.com page.

Then follow this link: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like-box/ where you can create your own widget.

Fill up all everything you have to as you can see in picture. Enter your facebook.com URL, width of the widget, colour and if you want the news and the follower to show on your page.

Then click on “Get Code” and copy “XFBML” code.

Then go to the blog of your WordPress wp-admin/Appearance/Widgets and choose Text widget which we add on right side.

Then insert the copied code in necessary place, as you can see on the picture. Press Save and you are done.
